Scotch® Box Sealing Tape 353 is a clear, polyester tape that instantly seals medium-weight single and double-walled corrugated boxes, including those with high recycled content. It has a tensile strength of 25 lb/inch in machine direction and 30 pound per inch in cross direction.
The pressure-sensitive rubber resin adhesive of Scotch® Box Sealing Tape bonds instantly with more than 8,000 minutes adhesion to fibreboard. Its biaxially oriented polyester backing is easy to handle and dispense. Scotch® Box Sealing Tape resists abrasion, moisture, chemicals, and scuffing and it offers high edge tear and split resistance. This product complies with environmental considerations of ASTM D1974-92 and meets CID A-A-1684B.
