Shipping policy
Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM EST). Please refer to each product's page to determine the estimated shipping time for your order. Current stock availability will be indicated on each product.
- In stock products will ship in 1-2 business days from one of our warehouses located in Ontario via Purolator.
- Out of stock products will ship in the approximate timeframe listed on the product page. Please note that this can vary, subject to demand and carrier or manufacturer delays.
Shipping Fees
For most eligible products, standard shipping is free across Canada on orders of $50 or more.
Customers who complete their first eligible order will become HS Pro Members and unlock unlimited free standard shipping on eligible future orders, with no minimum purchase required.
To receive HS Pro free shipping, customers must be signed in to the same account used to place their qualifying first order. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify for HS Pro membership.
Exceptions apply for select products and remote shipping destinations.
If your order is ineligible for free shipping, the applicable fee will either be calculated at checkout or you will be contacted by email with a custom shipping quote for approval prior to your order being fully processed. Custom shipping quotes may be required for select oversized/palletized products.
