Nylon non-conductive tamper proof lockout hasp. One piece super strong flexible nylon loop hasp. Can be used by multiple workers at each lockout point.

  • Keeps equipment inoperative while repairs are being made.
  • Attach device to energy disconnect switch.
  • Control cannot be turned on until last workers padlock is removed.
  • Non-conductive, Unbreakable, Heat and cold resistant.
  • Allows for more than one worker lockout the same energy source for added safety.
  • Accepts up to 6 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8"
