3M™ E-A-Rsoft Grippers Probed Test Plugs, are a specially probed version of the standard earplug. Its unique grip rings help create a soft, noise-blocking seal for effective hearing protection. Ideal for people with larger ear canals.

This product works with the 3M™ E-A-Rfit Dual Ear Validation System and allows you to conduct an earplug fit test for the EARsoft Grippers earplug. The complete system issues a pass or fail rating based on the employee's personal attenuation rating (PAR) when wearing 3M™ E-A-Rsoft Gripper Earplugs.

*The NRR may overestimate the hearing protection provided during typical use. 3M recommends reducing the NRR by 50% for estimating the amount of noise reduction provided.
