The Aerostar® Series 1100 pleated air filter utilizes 100% synthetic media achieving a MERV 11 value. Pleated filters accumulate heavier, more restrictive particles at the bottom or tips of the pleats, leaving the sides open longer for effective filtration. The low resistance improves air flow and can greatly reduce energy costs. This filter can be a valuable tool in achieving points for USGBC-LEED certification projects
